PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize attachment of a lift frame with sufficient strength and easy mounting relative to a box-like load-carrying platform not requiring for reinforcing the box-like load-carrying platform itself. SOLUTION: In the cargo loading/unloading device for the truck, the box-like load-carrying platform is installed, a table for placing the cargo and a lift cylinder are provided on a lift frame and the lift frame is turnably supported around a vertical shaft. The vertical shaft is standingly provided on a frame body at a rear side of the box-like load-carrying platform and the lift frame can be stored at the inner side than a rear door of the load-carrying platform at a rear side of the frame body.
