PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye operating toy which is excellent in appearance and interest. SOLUTION: A hole is formed in a portion of the eye on the outer skin of the face, an eyeball is provided in the hole to operate closer to and away from the hole, and an eyelid is provided in the outer skin to move up and down. In the state of opening the eye, the eyeball is positioned closer to the hole and when closing the eye, the eyeball operates away from the hole while being linked with the action of the eyelid so that the eyelid can move in between the hole and the eyeball.
