The invention relates to a combination of at least three therapeutic ingredients selected from the group consisting of (i) an AT1-receptor antagonist or an AT1 receptor antagonist combined with a diuretic or, in each case, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (ii) a HMG-Co-A reductase inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and (iii) aspirin; for use in the prevention of, delay of progression of, treatment of selected diseases and conditions.
