PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting cell of a new structure, a light emitting device using the light emitting cell, a housing for the light emitting device and a method of manufacturing the light emitting cell.

SOLUTION: A first electroluminescent element 12 constructed by laminating a first organic layer 121 containing organic luminous material and a first electrode 122 in this order is provided in a first region T1 on one surface of a transparent conductor 11, and a second electroluminescent element 13 constructed by laminating a second organic layer 131 containing organic luminous material and a second electrode 132 in this order in a second region T2 on the surface, The first electrode 122 and the second electrode 132 are made not to physically contact to the first organic layer 121 and the second organic layer 131 respectively, a current flows between the first electrode 122 and the second electrode 132 and the first organic layer 121 and the second organic layer 131 severally emit light. The light generated at the organic layer is ejected out of the cell through a transparent conductor 11.
