PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional CATV apparatus wherein it is required to extend a cable when a power unit is turned by 180 degrees, the cable is a hindrance in a housing, and change of a lead-out direction of an AC cord is difficult. SOLUTION: In the CATV apparatus mountable on a wall face wherein the power unit provided with the AC cord and a power supply connector for supplying power to an apparatus main body is attachable to/detachable from the apparatus main body, the power supply connector is provided in the middle of the power unit. In the CATV apparatus, a fitting part to fit the CATV apparatus to a wall face is provided to the apparatus main body. Further, a cord fitting port opened downward is formed to a side wall of a housing of the power unit, and the AC cord can be attachable to/detachable from the cord fitting port from the downward opening. Moreover, a locking hole of the apparatus main body and a locking hole of the power unit to fix the apparatus main body and the power unit are provided at symmetrical positions at an angular distance of 180 degrees in a horizontal direction.
