<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker dependent type work management system capable of calculating working efficiency per worker performing work in each work process, in the worker dependent type work wherein a production amount varies according to the working efficiency of the worker. <P>SOLUTION: This worker dependent type work management system has: a plurality of worker terminals 200 equipped on the worker side performing the work in each the work process of the worker dependent type work; and a management server 100 managing the work. When the worker terminal 200 sends worker information about the worker performing the work and a request of a job to the management server 100, the management server 100 arranges the work to the worker terminal 200, and records work start time of the work. When the worker terminal 200 sends work results thereof to the management sever 100 after completion of the work, the management server 100 calculates and records a working time of the work, and calculates the working efficiency of the worker to the work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
