<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting semiconductor device covered and protected with a light emitting semiconductor covering and protecting material, which does not show any discoloration by a heat test and assures a longer operation life and energy saving due to higher light emitting efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The epoxy/silicone hybrid resin composition which is essentially formed, as the essential elements, of (A') an organic silicon compound having one or more aliphatic unsaturated monohydric hydroxyl groups and at least one or more silicon atom coupled hydroxyl groups in one molecule, (B) epoxy resin having one or more epoxy groups in one molecule, (C) organo hydrogen polysiloxane, (D) a platinum group metal system catalyst, and (E) an aluminum system hardening catalyst. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
