<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enlarge a reading range of a wireless tag even if a heavy distribution object storage box is placed on a placing base without increasing the number of antennas, and to efficiently read identification information from the wireless tag. <P>SOLUTION: Storage line information about at least a storage line of the distribution object storage box provided in the distribution object storage box storing a circulation object on which a first wireless tag is attached, and distribution object number information about the number of the stored distribution objects are read from a second wireless tag through an antenna. When deciding that the distribution objects are stored in one line on the basis of the read information, the identification information is read from the first wireless tag while moving the antenna in a direction nearly parallel to an arranging direction of the first wireless tags (ST5).
