摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximally demonstrate the effect of an advertisement by attracting user's attention to the advertisement. <P>SOLUTION: A register part 102 accepts an event desired to be informed of, from a user terminal 200, and a confirmation part 103 transmits advertisement information corresponding to the accepted event to the user terminal 200, to cause the user terminal 200 to confirm it. Corresponding information, making the event to be informed of and the advertisement information to correspond to each other, is stored in a matching table 114. An event recognition part 104 recognizes the occurrence of an event to be informed of, and a matching part 105 refers to the matching table 114 to specify the advertisement information, corresponding to the recognized event. Instead of processing informing the user terminal 200 of the recognized event, a distribution control part 106 takes out the specified advertisement information from an advertisement information storage part 113 to distribute it to the user via a communication network 300.
