<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a significant target purity in purification of a primer having a promoter part. <P>SOLUTION: The reagent comprises a promoter part-containing primer having a fixed sequence useful for synthesizing a double-stranded DNA as a template for transcribing an RNA, comprises ≥80 mol% of the promoter part-containing primer, and has ≤1 mol% of existence ratio of an imperfect promoter part-containing primer DNA which is in an incomplete form of the promoter part-containing primer and has a base sequence ≥11 bases shorter than that of the promoter part-containing primer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
