PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for examining components in urine using leaked urine, and a leaked urine absorbing tool or cloth provided with an examination device. SOLUTION: The examination device for the components in the urine is attached to the leaked urine absorbing tool or cloth, the tool or cloth is set to bring the examination device in the vicinity of an external urinary organ of a subject when putting the tool or cloth, the components in the urine is thereby able to be examined, and the simple and highly sensitive examination method is provided.
