<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new material formed out of organic matter containing a small amount of inorganic materials, or organic compounds, by contacting the matter or the materials with media comprising enzymes, clay catalysts, microorganisms, and water existing in the natural environment, and capable of effectively improving and restoring deteriorated living environment and organisms, by highly and finely improving functions of the living environment and biological organizations, and to effectively digest and decompose solid and liquid organic waste materials, by utilizing the new material. <P>SOLUTION: This new material is formed formed out of the organic matter containing the small amount of the inorganic materials, or the organic compounds, by catalytic action of the various media existing in the natural environment, so that the material contains 15 kinds of specific metal cations which are essential activation substances for the enzymes, and further contains 20 kinds of low molecular weight organic substances including essential basic amino acids which are necessary as constituents of the organisms. Then, the material is changed into an auxiliary agent for enzyme activity similar to an maternal amnionic fluid. Thus, domestic waste materials and water containing the organic matter and the organic compounds are decomposed and digested by action of the auxiliary agent. Therefore, the living environment deteriorated by the waste materials, etc., is regulated by the auxiliary agent, and the natural circulation cycle is forced to be recovered as much as possible.
