<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high durable prestressed concrete having a proportion of a binder, a proportion of the concrete and the curing of concrete hardly necessitating compacting by a vibrator and combines high early strength with high strength. <P>SOLUTION: The binder composition in the high durable concrete contains 60-90 wt.% high-early-strength portland cement and 10-40 wt.% blast furnace slag powder. In the method of manufacturing the product of the high durable concrete product is carried out by using the binder composition and blending so that water to the binder ratio in the concrete is controlled to 20-40% and the slump flow value is controlled to 600-700 mm to form the concrete in which the ultimate adiabatic temperature rise of the concrete is controlled to 55-80°C, the temperature of concrete in the finishing of kneading is≥15°C, the steam curing is started at the time when≥3 hr is elapsed after the concrete is placed and the steam sprinkling curing is carried out in a condition that the temperature rising gradient in a curing vessel or a space inside of a curing sheet is≤20°C/hr, the concrete is held at≥50°C surface temperature for≥5 hr and the temperature declining gradient is≤20°C/hr. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
