<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication medium processing device that executes accurate signal processing by suppressing fluctuation in potential at a ground end part and suppressing fluctuation in ground potential used in signal processing. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication medium processing device has an antenna 21, a reading/writing part 22 for reading, writing or reading/writing data from/to a radio communication medium via the antenna 21, a conductive line 24 connected to the point of at least one ground end part 23 present in the reading/writing part 22 or antenna 21 and provided with an electrical distance less than a substantially quarter wavelength of a frequency used, and a variable lumped constant equipment 25 connected in the middle of the conductive line 24 to vary a lumped constant of impedance.
