<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a ferrule having a through-hole with a high roundness and small variation can be manufactured and manufacturing costs can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The device is for machining the inner diameter of a cylindrical body 15 having the through-hole 15a in the longitudinal direction. The device is provided with a fixing part 10, which is for arraying a plurality of the cylindrical bodies 15 so that their through-holes 15a are continuous, a machining part 30, which is for grinding a wire 31 by inserting the wire 31 into each through-hole 15a and by sliding it in a reciprocating manner in the through-holes 15a along the axial direction, and a rotating part 20 which rotates the fixing part 10 around the shaft. The fixing part 10 is composed of a cylindrical holding member 12, which covers the outer peripheral face of a plurality of the cylindrical bodies 15, and an elastic body which is filled between the holding member 12 and the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical body 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
