PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a shifting operation and a braking operation without largely moving the hand around a steering wheel. SOLUTION: This device has a brake lever bracket 30, a brake lever 32, and electrical shift control switches 36 and 38. The brake lever bracket 30 is mountable to the steering wheel 14, and has an inside wall surface, an outside wall surface, a front side wall surface, and a bottom side wall surface. The brake lever 32 is coupled to the brake lever bracket 30. The electrical shift control switches 36 and 38 are disposed on at least one of the inside wall surface, the outside wall surface, the front side wall surface, and the bottom side wall surface of the brake lever bracket 30, and has an operating member 61 relatively moving between a first operating position and a second operating position with respect to the brake lever bracket 30.
