PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farming implement easily mountable with a gas spring. SOLUTION: This farming implement 1 includes a fixed frame part 4 joined to a tractor and a movable frame part 5 supporting a soil working means 2 and also the gas spring 41 interposed via a turning arm 40 in between the fixed frame part 4 and the movable frame part 5 and functioning to aid the movement of the movable frame part 5, wherein the gas spring 41 can be interposed in a free-length condition in between the fixed frame part 4 and the movable frame part 5.
