PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pigment-combined particles having good adhesion to the skin, capable of covering defect of recessed parts of the skin by entering the recessed parts of the skin, e.g. pores and sulcus cutis and further, capable of improving color of the skin to a bright flesh color and to provide a method for producing the particles and to provide a cosmetic. SOLUTION: The pigment-combined particles comprises colored pigment composed of at least one kind of pigment and a thermoplastic resin, the method for producing the particles and the cosmetic containing the particles.
