BEHAVIOR STABILIZING CONTROL VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a behavior stabilizing control valve of a vane back pressure giving device employed for a sliding vane type compressor or the like, whereby the behavior of a piston is stabilized and noises caused by chattering of the piston is prevented. SOLUTION: In a control valve for controlling movement of a piston by at least one of pressure difference applied to a piston and pressure difference applied to a valve element and by a load of an elastic body, a load component which the valve element provides to a piston is also provided in a different direction from the direction of the motion component of the piston (in a direction substantially at a right angle), which leads to increase sliding resistance acting on the piston.
