PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify substrate structure constituting a piezoelectric component for a reduced cost of the substrate, resulting in a reduced price of a whole piezoelectric component. SOLUTION: A plurality of surface mounting terminals, and an electrode pattern for mounting a piezoelectric element on the substrate for a piezoelectric component are formed, on which a lid is placed to constitute a vessel. The substrate and the plurality of surface mounting terminals formed on the substrate have an almost flat surface with an electrode pattern formed for conduction and bonding to the piezoelectric component to be mounted. A bonding member for bonding the lid is arranged on the outer peripheral part of the almost flat surface side, to realize a sealed structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
