PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a unit such as an electrical apparatus, an electronic apparatus, etc. which does not require stepped part for screwing, facilitates screwing, and is in no risk of deformation. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure, a nut 20 having a threaded hole is rotatably mounted to the inside wall surface 18 of a receptacle 2, a screw 9 is provided through a unit case 3 from the front surface to the side surface thereof when the rotatable nut 20 is pushed by the tip 11 of the screw 9 through the unit case 3 received in the receptacle 2, the nut 20 is rotated so that the screw 9 through the unit 1 can be screwed in the threaded hole, and the unit 1 is mounted to the receptacle 2 by screwing the screw 9 into the threaded hole of the rotatable nut 20. Further, a plurality of rotatable nuts 20 are provided along the direction toward the back of a chassis 2 so that the units 1 can be mounted in a single line and in a multistage manner.
