PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarming device for burglar prevention or the like which can be easily stuck and installed at the appropriate position of a door or a window or the like and be easily installed without the need of a procedure of changing a structure under the permission of a management association or the like for burglary by break-in to houses or the like occurring frequently in recent years. SOLUTION: This alarming device is constituted such that the display 3 of the burglar prevention, an alarm or an advertisement or the like is displayed on the surface side of a thin sheet-like speaker 2, a both-face mounting tape 5 or an adhesive material is disposed on the back surface side and it is stuck and installed to the opening / closing part 8 of a building such as the door or the window needing the burglar prevention or an advertisement part needing the advertisement or the like. Especially, it is preferable to attach an air-permeable sheet 6 of sponge or a foamed sheet to the back surface side of the sheet-like speaker 2 or provide a void part and stick it since the volume of the speaker 2 can be increased and sound quality can be improved as well.
