PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally adjust an exhaust direction and to quiet down an exhaust mechanism. SOLUTION: The exhaust mechanism comprises an exhaust fan 22 provided in a casing 8, a motor which rotates and drives the exhaust fan 22 and an exhaust port 21 positioned near the exhaust fan 22 on an periphery surface of the casing 8. Then, the exhaust mechanism has an exhaust slit 25 which is attached to the exhaust port 21 and whose exhaust direction is inclined to a blasting direction by the exhaust fan 22 and an exhaust adjustment member 23 which is made rotatable in parallel with the periphery surface and movable to a direction to approach and be alienated to the exhaust fan 22.
