PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which is small and inexpensive, and is excellent in performance. SOLUTION: This antenna device is provided with a ground conductor plate 1 made of a metal plate, a radiating conductor plate 8 made of a metal plate, and an antenna main body H having a circuit board 2 on which an electronic part 6 is mounted to form a desired electric circuit. The circuit board 2 is mounted on the conductor plate 1 in a state of opposing the conductor plate 8, the conductor plate 1 has a plurality of bent pieces 1f penetrating the circuit board 2, and bent pieces 1f have an end facing the conductor plate 8 and support the circuit board 2. With this configuration, the circuit board 2 can be disposed between the conductor plate 1 and the conductor plate 8, the small device having a good space factor can be obtained and the device having less dielectric loss and good performance can be obtained.
