PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact burner which maintains stable combustion performance by keeping even flame distribution and requires no change of molding of outer form of the burner even in the case of increasing or decreasing a maximum combustion quantity of the burner, about the burner using gas, kerosene and the like as a fuel. SOLUTION: As an inner space in a ring-shape pipe 2 is separated into a ring-shape space 21 of an inner side and a ring-shape space 20 of an outer side via a rectifying body 18 provided with an opening part 17, a premix gas blows out from a slit flame port part 10 while being rectified and generates even frame distribution. In the case that the maximum combustion quantity of the burner 1 is increased or decreased, it is necessary to optimize the rectifying body only and it is not necessary to change shape of the ring-shape pipe 2 and a mixing pipe 3. Thus, the burner capable of securing an even flame balance and excellent combustion performance at the same time and having a wide combustion range can be provided only by changing composition of the rectifying body18.
