PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retaining-wall building material efficiently conducting a retaining-wall building work by ensuring a sufficient passage on the rear side of a support and being capable of using fillers having no corrosionproof ability. SOLUTION: The retaining-wall building material is composed of the support 21, in which front-side left-right sections 24 are connected at the front end of a forwarding section 23, a form panel 31 for constructing a wall surface, a bolt 42 and a nut 43 engaged with the male screw 42s of the bolt 42. The building material further has a fastener 41, on which the two bolts 42, from which the male screws 42s are projected, are mounted, a front section 62 with oblong holes 62a, in which the bolts 42 are inserted, a first holding member 61 consisting of left-side and right-side backing sections 63 and 64 projected from the front section 62 to the rear side and the oblong hole 71a, to which the bolts 42 are inserted. on the rear of the form panel 31 for constructing the wall surface. A corner section 24a is held by a left-side corner section 63l and a left-side vertical-direction end 71l by a pushing to the front side by the nut 43 engaged with the male screw 42s while the building material is further composed of a second holding member 71 in which a right-side vertical-direction end 71r is press-contacted with a right-side corner section 64r.
