UNLOADING CONTROL VALVE IN SEISMIC RESPONSE CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an opening area according to a specified sliding amount for a seismic response control device called the HiDAX when an unloading control valve is set to make variable the opening area in a flow passage allowing hydraulic oil to pass therethrough according the sliding amount of a spool. SOLUTION: The unloading control valve 10 is disposed in a structure formed of columns and beams of a building and controls the operation of a damper D absorbing an energy by the swing of the building by earthquake and wind acting on the building in operation. A sub notch 1c assuring the flow of the hydraulic oil smaller than the flow of the hydraulic oil at a notch 1b is connected to the closed end of the notch 1b formed at the land part 1a of a spool 1 which makes variable the opening area of the flow passage allowing the hydraulic oil to pass therethrough according to the sliding amount of the unloading control valve.
