PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cushion paper easily peeled off from a pressing plate without being burned to the pressing plate even by applying pressure and heat for a long time. SOLUTION: This cushion paper consists of a single-layered paper layer consisting of pulp as a main raw material, and is obtained by blending 0.5-30 wt. % glass balloons with the cushion paper as a solid portion based on the absolutely dried unit weight of the pulp.
