PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition for powder molding excellent in mold-releasability, low mold-staining property, adhesion to expanded polyurethanes, and powder fluidity necessary for ensuring a uniform thickness, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The polyurethane resin composition for powder molding comprises a powdery thermoplastic polyurethane (A), a powder coloring agent (B) comprising a powder pigment (b1) and a pigment dispersant (b2), a plasticizer (C), and a hydroxy group-modified and/or (meth)acryloxy group-modified silicone oil (D).
