PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulging machine for manufacturing an extremely thin long bellows. SOLUTION: A material pipe is inserted into a material pipe guide D equipped with a sealing part expansion ring E and is fixed by dies A and B which can be opened and closed vertically. A hydraulic pressure is introduced from the inlet of the rear forming die so as to expand the sealing part expansion ring, whereby the material pipe is buckled and formed into an intended shape while the inner pressure is kept with a metal mobile plate pressed against the die on the fixing side. Further the metal mobile plate is repeatedly moved by the length of the material pipe as required for forming so as to manufacture the long bellows. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
