PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite material sheet capable of effectively preventing curl from generating, moreover preparing the high quality composite material sheet. SOLUTION: The composite material sheet provided with a thin film layer of a resin molded by curing an organic solvent on a substrate is manufactured by coating the substrate with the organic solvent and then drying and curing the organic solvent on the substrate under a predetermined atmosphere temperature.
