<p>It is possible to provide the latest medical care in a medical institution including a clinic in an under-populated area located far from a big city while reducing an economic load on a terminal medical institution and a patient. A patient can easily receive detailed testing and diagnosis in the nearest medical institution. Thus, while assuring diagnosis and examination accuracy, it is possible to reduce the labor and facility load on a particular latest medical institution and expert. For this, a terminal facility of the minimum examination device is arranged at each of terminal medical institutions including clinics located in under-populated areas, so that patients can receive testing using the terminal facility in the terminal medical institutions and the testing data are transmitted via a communication network to a medical institution having expert staffs, who analyze the data and transmit the analysis result via the communication network to the terminal medical institutions, thereby providing the latest testing and diagnosis to the patients.</p> |
