PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a computer system that constitutes a cyber world to recognize information including at least identification information and position information as information about objects in the real world.

SOLUTION: A communications system includes attached elements attached to objects in a target area to send object-related information including their own identification information, and an object management system and an information using device which are connected to each other via the Internet and a telephone line. The object management system sends primary information generated by use of at least the attached element identification information and image information about each object and each attached element. On receiving this primary information, the information using device sends the object information selected by the user. On receiving the object information, the object management system generates secondary information. On receiving this secondary information, the information using device displays object identification information included in that rainbow information.
