<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a B-type clip which solves the problem that the engagement of the clip is difficult to disengage and easy to remove, and makes the engagement of a lock stable against application of external force due to an unexpected accident. <P>SOLUTION: The clip consists of at least opposite pinch arms for pressing and holding a pinched object made of a flexible hollow member between the arms to be capable of forming an independent separate space on the object, a pair of locks capable of locking while pressing and holding the object between the arms, and an unlocking member having a pull-tab capable of unlocking the locks by force directing outwardly from the pinching arms (also mentioned as unlocking force hereinafter).
