<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a crack and a hole or the like caused on an inner face in an existing pipeline and performing construction, in particular, from a manhole to a manhole at a time. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for regenerating the inner face of the pipeline, a reinforcing material pack composed of three layers formed by putting a reinforcing material in an intermediate part of a cylindrical body composed of two layers including an out film on an outer side and a diameter expanded film on an inner side and having such diameter that allows insertion at length from a manhole to a manhole and on an inner side of a pipe to be regenerated is used, the reinforcing material in the reinforcing material pack is impregnated in normal temperature hardening resin at low temperature at construction site, and the impregnated and treated reinforcing material pack is inserted into the pipeline to be regenerated. Air brake is mounted at both ends of the reinforcing material pack, compressed air is poured into the reinforcing material pack through an air pouring port provided in the air brake and is pressurized. The reinforcing material pack is pressed in the pipeline, and its pressure is reduced after hardening the impregnated resin of the reinforcing material. A diameter expanded film tube on an inner side of the reinforcing material pack is removed to regenerate the inner face of the pipeline by a regenerating material made of the outer side film and the reinforcing material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
