PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin sheet with a crease for building a case or the like, wherein easy folding properties and breaking resistance are well balanced and the crease is prevented from developing into break and rupture. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin sheet 11 is provided with the crease 2 formed by pressing by using a creaser 13, and a projection 15 and a recess 16, respectively, projecting and depressing respectively in the plane direction of the sheet 11 are formed alternately on both edges 14 and 14 of a channel.
