PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost of a heat transfer accelerator, and to provide a high performance heat storage device realizing attachment easiness or the like. SOLUTION: In the heat storage device, a plurality of heat transfer pipes are arranged in parallel with each other in the heat storage tank 1, a heat storage material 10 is filled in the heat storage tank 1, and the heat transfer pipes are immersed in the heat storage material. The sheet like heat transfer accelerator 6 is provided by forming a heat transfer accelerator with higher thermal conductivity than the heat storage material 10 like a flexible sheet, and the sheet like heat transfer accelerator 6 is arranged in the heat storage tank so as to perpendicularly cross a passage direction of the heat transfer pipes in a state of a sheet face of the sheet like heat transfer accelerator 6 contacting outer circumferential faces of the plurality of heat transfer pipes.
