PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve communication in which noise is reduced by using radio transmission even if one of communication devices is a radio terminal, or the like. SOLUTION: A remote controller 5 incorporates an antenna 12; a keyless entry system control unit 6 incorporating an antenna 13, a microcomputer 14, and a communication controller 15; an electronic control unit 7 incorporating a microcomputer 16, and a communication controller 17; an electronic control unit 8 incorporating a microcomputer 18, and a communication controller 19; and an electronic control unit 20 incorporating a microcomputer 21, and a communication controller 22. Respective communication controllers 15, 17, 19, 22 are connected by a communication bus 11, and a network is composed among the keyless entry system control unit 6 and the electronic control units 7, 8, 20.
