PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom interphone system in which speaking from an unnecessary interphone outside bathroom can be prevented and privacy of a user can be sustained when conversation is made between an interphone inside bathroom and a plurality of interphones outside bathroom, while furthermore noise and extra power consumption of a non-user can be prevented and emergency conversation can be carried out smoothly. SOLUTION: The bathroom interphone system comprises an interphone 1 inside bathroom, and a plurality of interphones 2-6 outside bathroom capable of making conversation with the interphone 1 inside bathroom. The interphone 1 inside bathroom comprises a means 18 for selecting any one of the interphones 2-6 outside bathroom. The interphone 2-6 outside bathroom comprises a conversation control means 20 for allowing conversation and speaking with the interphone 1 inside bathroom when it is selected by the selecting means 18, and forbidding conversation and speaking with the interphone 1 inside bathroom when it is not selected by the selecting means 18.
