PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system suitable for data transmission by simplifying the connection processing so that connection can be completed even if the waiting time after a transmission start command is generated before data transmission is started is short when communication is performed in voice band according to the Internet protocol. SOLUTION: In an analog data transmission system comprising a VoIP unit 1 performing communication in voice band according to the Internet protocol and transmitting analog data between the VoIP units 1, the VoIP unit 1 is provided with a transmission call control section 113 and a reception call control section 114. In the analog data transmission system transmitting analog data between the VoIP units 1, the reception call control section 114 sends back a receivable command in response to a connection request command with no state of under calling at the time of mutual connection processing between the VoIP units 1.
