LIGHT INTENSITY LIMITING FILTER HAVING PERIPHERY EXTINCTION EFFECT AND OPTICAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that an object is normally set on the center part of a screen in photographing by a camera, but when a strong light source exists on the back side of the object, the object is against the light and the object is blackened. SOLUTION: In the light intensity limiting filter, at least two sorts of members having respectively different light transmission factors are joined with each other and the light transmission factor is continuously reduced from the center part of these members to the peripheral part by utilizing a difference between the thickness of the center part and that of the peripheral part, so that an object is prevented from being unnaturally photographed in photographing against the light.
