PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stammering utterance leading apparatus having both a speech delay processing function to output the speech uttered by a stammerer with a delay of a prescribed time and an utterance leading processing function to convert the character of the first word or phrase of the speech that is likely to be stammered into a voice and output it. SOLUTION: The stammering utterance leading apparatus, having a speech delay means 20A wherein a speech signal corresponding to the speech uttered by a stammerer is inputted to a sound collector 30B and the speech signal is delayed by the prescribed time and outputted to a speech reproducer 30A, is provided with a character input means 2A and an utterance leading means 20B which generates, on the basis of the input data of the first word or phrase of the speech that is likely to be stammered inputted by the character input means, the speech signal of the word or the phrase and outputs it to the speech reproducer.
