PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver salt photothermographic dry imaging material having high quality, free of density unevenness and excellent in color tone and image uniformity, and also to provide an image recording method, an image forming method and a method for manufacturing the silver salt photothermographic dry imaging material. SOLUTION: In the silver salt photothermographic dry imaging material having on a support a photosensitive layer containing a photosensitive emulsion containing at least organic silver salt particles and photosensitive silver halide grains, a reducing agent and a binder and a conductive layer, at least one of the photosensitive layer and an adjacent layer contains a compound represented by the formula (1) and the conductive layer contains a compound represented by a formula (2a): NaO3S-(CF2)3-SO3Na.
