PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a burning flow rate with sufficient precision only for a specific gas equipment, such as a floor heating equipment. SOLUTION: In the floor heating equipment, for example, the burning operation is performed for five minutes (the floor heating on time) by using 50 to 2,000 liters/h gas flow rate, and the stop operation is performed for five minutes (the floor heating off time). It judges whether the floor heating equipment is in operation by supervising the burning time and the stop time which are to be a period within the limits of lower bound and upper bound (3 minutes to 7 minutes), respectively, and the gas flow range between 50 to 2,000 liters/h is kept. If it is judged to be due to the floor heating equipment, the difference of each total integral quantity at the time of the floor heating in the start or the stop is calculated and then this difference is integral only for an integral value of the floor heating.
