SENSING METHOD AND SENSING APPARATUS OF OPTICAL ISOMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient sensing technology of an optical isomer suitable for in-vivo research application. SOLUTION: A sensing method of the optical isomer considers a compound having a S body and a R body as the optical isomers confirmed and generating different condensation behavior to 2-chain nucleic acid as an object compound, makes a specimen of the S body or the R body react on the 2-chain nucleic acid, and determines whether the specimen is the S body or the R body, from the condensation behavior in the 2-chain nucleic acid. A determined object can be extended to a racemic body. A sensing apparatus is used for implementing this sensing method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
