PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly put a roaster plate in and out of a roaster case and to prevent water from being spilled from the roaster case even when the roaster plate contains water. SOLUTION: This cooker is provided with an upper heater 9 for heating a cooked object, in the roaster case 7 of a body 1; a roaster grill 8 for placing the cooked object; and a roaster plate 6 with the roaster grill 8 detachably installed. The bottom face of the roaster case 7 is provided with a plurality of roller plungers 13 each composed of a ball 13a contacting the bottom face of the roaster plate 6, and a spring 13b for energizing the ball 13a to the bottom face of the roaster plate 6.
