PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip made of synthetic resin and capable of suppressing cost of material and facility investment by forming the clip of a single material such as synthetic resin simplifying a design process, and reducing load applied to an elastic part. SOLUTION: This clip is composed of a main body 1 provided with a nipping and holding part 15 in a front half part of a flat plate and the elastic part 14 in a rear half part, a movable body 2 having a nipping and holding part 25 opposing to the nipping and holding part 15 of the main body 1 and connected turnably with the rear half part of the main body 1 so as to switch into a nipping and holding condition and a non-nipping and holding condition in relation to the main body 1, and a pressing body 3 connected turnably with the rear half part of the main body 1 so as to switch into a pressing condition and a non-pressing condition for the movable body 2. The center of turn of the pressing body 3 is positioned on a front part side of the main body 1 when compared with the center of turn of the movable body 2. When the elastic part 14 switches the pressing body 3 into the non-pressing condition from the pressing condition for the movable body 2, the movable body 2 is turned into the direction of the non-nipping and holding condition from the nipping and holding condition.
