PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improving machine which prevents an improving material from scattering outside a hopper when the improving material is charged in the soil improving material hopper of the soil improving machine. SOLUTION: The soil improving machine is comprised of a plurality of suction nozzles (28a) which are arranged at an inner edge of an opening (22) of the improving material hopper (10), into which a bag body (18) having the improving material sealed therein, is lifted down.
