PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite floor slab structure for simultaneously improving both rigidity of a steel floor slab for receiving a fatigue load and waterproof performance. SOLUTION: This composite floor slab structure is formed by arranging a waterproof layer and a fiber reinforced material layer between the steel floor slab and a surface layer asphalt layer. The structure is characterized by using a crack dispersed fiber reinforced cement composite material of blending PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) short fiber for satisfying the following condition [F1] by a blending quantity of 1 vol.% to 3 vol.% with a cement mixed matrix for satisfying the following condition [M1] as the fiber reinforced material layer, by interposing a resin dowel formed by arranging a projecting part in a central part of a base board, between the steel floor slab and the fiber reinforced material layer with the projecting part set on the side of the fiber reinforced material layer. In the condition [M1], the weight percentage ratio (W/C) of a water binding material is set to 25% or more; the weight ratio (S/C) of a fine aggregate and a binding material is set to 1.5 or less (including 0); a maximum particle size of the fine aggregate is set to 0.8 mm or less; an average particle size is set to 0.4 mm or less; a unit water quantity is set to 250 to 450 Kg/m3; an air quantity just after kneading is set to 20% or less (including 0%); and a high performance AE water reducing agent is set to 30 Kg/m3. In the condition [F1], a fiber diameter is set to 50μm or less; the fiber length is set to 5 to 20 mm; and fiber tensile strength is set to 1,500 to 2,400 MPa. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
