PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester composition excellent in both impact resistance and transparency. SOLUTION: The polyester composition comprises 100 pts.mass aromatic polyester, 0.1-50 pts.mass styrene copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 500-50,000 and having an epoxy group, and 1-50 pts.mass thermoplastic elastomer wherein the haze value measured on a 2 mm-thick molded sheet is 40 % or less. The thermoplastic elastomer is preferably a polyester elastomer which has a hard segment and a soft segment wherein the hard segment consists of a polybutylene terephthalate chain and/or a polyethylene terephthalate chain.
